Newburg United School District #54 UNOFFICIAL June 7, 2022 Election Results: TJ Streich received 57 votes, Karlene Wyman received 50 votes and Jay Tonneson received 54 votes to be elected for a term of 3 years. There were 60 registered voters.

The PW GBB Tournament Tomorrow, Saturday April 23rd in Glenburn has been cancelled due to expected weather and travel concerns!

The 7th-12th Grade Field trip for tomorrow Wednesday, April 20th has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 27th! The scheduled will remain the same, depart NUS at 6:30am!

Activity Schedule Changes for Tuesday, April 19th: The Pee Wee GBB Games for tonight in Granville have been postponed due to road conditions! There will be no Pee Wee GBB Practice tonight. Girls Softball will Practice in Westhope after school. Track practice will also be in Westhope after school.

Due to maintenance that needs to take place we will not be able to have school on Monday, April 18th! School Dismisses, Thursday April 14th at 1pm, No School Friday April 15th, NO SCHOOL MONDAY APRIL 18th!

Reminder: Next week Thursday, April 14th, School Dismisses at 1pm. There is NO SCHOOL Friday April 15th. School will be IN SESSION on Monday, April 18th.

Monday, March 7th Dakota College Bottineau will be here to take Group Photos! This will include 7th-12th Organized Clubs, Band and Choir! Hounds Wrestlers will also have a group photo done for the yearbook AND our House Groups will have their photos taken! Retakes of individual photos that were requested will also be taken this day!

Newburg United School Pep Club is hosting a Blood Drive in the School Gym on Monday, March 14! Call the school to sign up to Donate!

BBB District Tourney is taking place in Rugby on Feb 25, 26 & 28th! Sioux vs TGU @ Rugby on Friday Feb 25th @ 7:00pm! Saturday and Monday game time-TBD Good Luck Sioux!

Junior High Boys Basketball will Practice in Westhope on Friday Feb 25th & Monday Feb 28th at 6:30am! Leave Newburg @ 6:00am!

Tonights JH BBB game vs TGU at Newburg, 8th Graders will be the 4:00 game, 7th Grade Team will play at 5:00! Our High School BBB team will play Minot Ryan in Westhope! Game time is 5:45/7:15! Good Luck Sioux!

Parent/Teacher Conferences are this Wednesday, February 9th 3:15-8:30! Elementary Conference Schedule has been sent home. All 7th-12th Staff will be available in their individual Classrooms from 3:15-8:30! Hope to see you all at Conferences!
